Job Description

The Payroll Integration Analyst is responsible for the strategic oversight, design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a complex global payroll landscape. This role guides and coordinates integration activities involving multiple payroll providers and platforms, including Strada, iiPay, RAMCO, and other payroll vendors, ensuring accurate, secure, compliant, and scalable data exchanges between HCM, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Rewards and Finance systems.

The ideal candidate combines deep payroll process knowledge with expertise in integration technologies, data governance, cybersecurity controls, and emerging technology trends. The Payroll Integration Analyst serves as a trusted advisor to payroll, HR, and technology stakeholders, driving operational excellence while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

What Will You Do

  • Lead the design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a complex global payroll environment.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR Technology, Security, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Manage integrations between HCM platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG) and global payroll providers such as Strada, iiPay, and RAMCO.
  • Drive integration strategy, architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Ensure payroll interfaces are secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Oversee API, middleware, SFTP, cloud, and file-based integration solutions.
  • Support payroll transformation initiatives by improving automation, data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor integration performance, resolve issues, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with Information Security teams to strengthen cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Payroll, HR Technology, HRIS, or Systems Integration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of global payroll processes and employee lifecycle events.
  • Experience working with payroll vendors such as Strada, iiPay, RAMCO, Ceridian, ADP, or similar providers.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and payroll integration architecture.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM, UKG, or other cloud-based HCM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, SAP CPI, SFTP, XML, JSON, and data integration concepts.
  • Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Proven experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, and payroll transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
