Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain advanced
workflow automations and system integrations using Make.com. This role is ideal for someone
who thrives at the intersection of business process design and technical execution, and who
enjoys translating complex requirements into reliable, elegant automation solutions.
This role is primarily focused on scoping, configuring, and implementing Make.com-driven
integrations across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain complex integrations and automations using Make.com,
- connecting platforms such as Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Harvest, and other SaaS tools
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert during client and sales conversations, helping scope integration projects, define requirements, assess feasibility, and estimate effort
- Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and live demos to showcase integration capabilities and support the sales process
- Collaborate with professional services, sales, and internal stakeholders to translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automations to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Document integration architectures, scenarios, and best practices to support knowledge sharing across teams
- Stay current with Make.com capabilities, API changes, and emerging automation patterns, as well as updates to commonly integrated platforms
- Provide feedback to cross-functional teams regarding client needs, integration limitations, and potential product or service enhancements
Required
- 4+ years of experience in system integrations or workflow automation, with strong hands-on expertise in Make.com
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, REST services, authentication methods, and data structures
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, error handling, and automation monitoring
- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-step integrations in production environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Work Environment & Logistics
- Fully remote position
- Must be available during US business hours (9 AM 5 PM EST)
- Fluent English (written and verbal) required
