Job Title: Integration Manager (SAP FICO & H2H/API Integration)

Location: Noida/Gurugram

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager with a strong background in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules and Hands-to-Hand (H2H)/API-based integrations. This individual will be responsible for managing, designing, and overseeing the integration of various systems with a focus on SAP FICO, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across our financial and operational platforms. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in integrating SAP systems with external applications, APIs, and H2H solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy and Management:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions for SAP FICO with external systems (ERP, CRM, Financial Systems, etc.).
  • Ensure that integration solutions are aligned with business requirements and SAP FICO best practices.
  • Create and manage integration roadmaps and strategies for continuous improvement.

SAP FICO Expertise:

  • Provide technical expertise in SAP FICO configuration, customizations, and best practices, especially in relation to integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues that arise from integrations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SAP FICO interfaces with financial and operational systems.

API and H2H Integrations:

  • Oversee API-based integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between SAP FICO and external systems.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, and other web services protocols to enable smooth integration of systems.
  • Design and manage H2H (Host-to-Host) integrations for financial transactions with banks, payment gateways, and other financial entities.

Project Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the integration team throughout the full integration lifecycle, from analysis to post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure integration requirements are accurately captured.
  • Provide project status updates, deliverables tracking, and risk management.

System Design & Architecture:

  • Develop integration architecture and solutions, leveraging SAP tools like SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration), SAP Cloud Platform Integration, or SAP Data Services.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of integration solutions.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the integration process and reduce manual efforts.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all integrations are thoroughly tested (unit, system, and integration testing).
  • Identify and resolve issues related to data mapping, data transformation, and performance in the integration process.

Documentation and Training:

  • Maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users and internal teams on integration tools and processes.

Compliance and Security:

  • Implement best practices for ABAP Coding, data security and access control in integration solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) module configuration and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of API-based integration (RESTful, JSON) and H2H (Host-to-Host) integration methods.
  • Proven experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, and other integration tools is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of SAP FICO business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, GL, Business Area etc.).
  • Experience in integrating SAP with third-party systems, including banks, financial institutions, ERPs, and CRMs.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple complex integrations simultaneously.
  • Experience with integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of API Management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Mulesoft, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and geographies.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP S/4HANA
  • Certifications in SAP FICO or related SAP integration modules.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (SAP Cloud).
