Role - Integration Lead

• Lead workstreams within an overall project transparently and productively, applying standard practices.
• Execute all aspects related to service delivery and deployment of our Custom Software Solution Development services through planned engagements with our higher education customers.
• Collaborate with consulting teams and peers to ensure customer and Ellucian project expectations are exceeded.
• Identify and remediate issues and project risks that impede enabling customer greatness.
• Drive innovative and transformative strategies which will ensure successful implementations.
• Continuously improve the customer experience by ensuring the development, use and maintenance of service artefacts that exceed customer expectations.
• Proactively prepare for and deliver high-quality implementation consulting services.
• Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of projects, and utilization targets.
• Consult with Ellucian Delivery Lead to drive performance improvement, own problems, and execute with precision.
• Work with the Ellucian Delivery Lead to receive project details and translate them to the local team for Tech. design, development, and QA activities.
