Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned
Integration Engineering Manager with over 15 years of experience in the integration domain, including a minimum of 10 years leading complex integration projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
SAP PI/PO,
SAP Integration Suite (SAP IS),
API Management, and a strong background in
DevOps practices,
testing frameworks, and
leading large scale integration development initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-wide integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity across systems, and fostering innovation through scalable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, SAP IS, and API Management platforms.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing Integration development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement DevOps practices for integration pipelines, including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of integration projects, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and application owners to define integration strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of integration platforms.
- Ensure end-end to observability and monitoring in the solution.
- Establish and enforce integration standards, governance, and best practices.
- Drive automation and testing strategies to ensure quality and reliability of integration solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the integration space and evaluate their applicability to the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in the integration domain with a strong focus on SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, and API Management.
- 10+ years of experience managing and delivering large-scale integration projects.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, message queuing, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with API lifecycle management, including design, security, and monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale an integration delivery team.
- Solid experience in integration testing, including test automation frameworks and performance testing.
- Experience in leading integration development on Azure cloud
- Proven experience in DevOps implementation for integration platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certifications in PI/PO or Integration Suite.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of WSO2, Boomi, Azure APIM and Solace will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards in integration.
