ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic Integration Engineer to join our team at Zigment.ai. This role bridges the gap between our innovative AI solutions and our clients needs. You'll be responsible for deploying and customizing our AI agents and systems for businesses using our internal no-code tools and script-writing platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a knack for technology to make a significant impact in a growing field.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Deploy and customize AI agents and workflows for clients using no-code/script-writing tools.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and configure AI solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on tool improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for deployment processes.
  • Provide training and support to clients on AI solutions.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and AI industry trends.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist in pre-sales activities.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Should have 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of AI, chatbots, and NLP concepts.
  • Familiarity with no-code platforms or visual programming tools.
  • Customer-facing experience or aptitude for client interactions.
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems or customer support tools.
  • Basic knowledge of programming concepts (any language).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Understanding of APIs and how different systems integrate.
  • Experience in a customer success or sales engineering role.
