We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB). The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of working experience in a role such as Lead App Connect Developer, Sr. App Connect Developer, or Mid-level App Connect Developer. This role requires a deep understanding of integration design patterns, web security standards, and various protocols, along with strong analytical and communication skills to work within a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess excellent knowledge of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) V12 and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
- Design and develop robust integration solutions using IBM ACE, leveraging an excellent understanding of integration design patterns and best practices.
- Design and develop API specifications using OpenAPI Specifications (YAML).
- Implement integration solutions with broad knowledge of web security standards relating to OAuth, SSL, JWT, etc.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with IBM MQ, SAP connection, Oracle notification service, and Oracle function call within ACE.
- Apply deep knowledge of ESQL, XSLT, DFDL, WSDL, XML, SOAP, IMAP, Oracle, and REST protocols for various integration scenarios.
- Utilize working experience in Core Java, MSSQL, and Oracle SQL database with strong SQL querying skills to build and manage integrations.
- Exhibit a good understanding of On-Premises, Cloud, and Hybrid integration architectures.
- Gain exposure and contribute to projects involving Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) and its various components.
- Engage in the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of existing and new interfaces using IBM ACE.
- Participate in deployment activities under DevOps pipeline, contributing to automated and efficient release processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Cloud deployments and Hybrid Integrations.
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a global team and coordinate with cross-functional members.
Required Skills & Experience
- Prerequisite Skills: IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
- Mandatory: Over 4 years of hands-on working experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
- Current job role as Lead App Connect Developer, Sr. App Connect Developer, or Mid-level App Connect Developer.
- Excellent understanding of integration design patterns and best practices.
