Role Summary :

We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in OSS, FCAPS, and multi system integration. The selected candidate will be responsible for integrating Fault vendor Management (FM), Performance Management (PM), and Logs across OSS platforms, ensuri ng smooth and efficient operations across diverse network elements and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FCAPS applications. driven OSS integration across multi vendor network equipment and Design, implement, and manage FM, PM, and Logs integration solutions within OSS ecosystems.
• Collaborate closely with vendors, internal development teams, and operations teams to deliver tailored integration solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation related to integration activities.
• Ensure all integration solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices. Demonstrate hands on experience with integration protocols and technologies such as SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, and gRPC.
• Utilize monitoring and visualization tools including Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and PromQL. Understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G/FWA technologies.

Job Requirements :

Strong understanding of the telecom domain and OSS/FCAPS concepts.

Hands on experience in OSS EMS/NMS integration.

Proficiency in integration protocols and technologies: SNMP, Webhook, SFTP, REST APIs, Kafka, Prometheus, Fluent Bit, Protobuf, gRPC, etc.

Practical experience with Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and PromQL.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloude .

Experience working with vendor specific EMS/NMS platforms. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem Kubernetes certification is an added advantage solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science,engineering, or equivalent experience.
