Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain SaaS integrations and automation workflows
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions
- Define integration logic, data flows, and transformation rules between systems
- Implement monitoring, error handling, retries, alerts, and logging for production integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to workflow logic, data flow, and platform behavior
- Optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work across multiple iPaaS platforms and adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and manage change requests
- Document integration workflows, configurations, and operational procedures
- Ensure integrations follow security, access control, and data handling best practices
- Take ownership of assigned integrations and ensure ongoing stability and support
- Continuously learn and adopt new automation, integration, and AI-related tools
- Willing to work in shift (PST - rotation)
Must Have Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with SaaS applications and cloud-based systems
- Understanding of integration concepts, automation logic, and data flows
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and reason through edge cases
- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies in a fast-changing environment
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven attitude
