Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. You will work to understand client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical technology and business solutions. Your role includes leading discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business needs. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that the solutions implemented effectively address client challenges and support their strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
• Continuously evaluate existing integration approaches and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neo4j.
• Strong understanding of graph data modeling and query languages.
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions using graph database technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing graph database performance.
• Familiarity with data integration patterns and middleware technologies relevant to graph databases.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Graph Databases.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
