Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer consultative business and system integration services aimed at implementing effective solutions. The role requires understanding client needs thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer leads discussions on transformation initiatives, customer journey mapping, and functional or application design considerations. This position ensures that both technology and business solutions align precisely with the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for integration projects.
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions that meet client expectations.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with API design and management to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
