Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day typically involves engaging with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. You will work closely with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and translate these into practical technology and business solutions. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that the solutions implemented effectively address client requirements and support their strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
