As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, assisting them in implementing effective solutions tailored to their needs. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer drives discussions on transformation initiatives, guides the customer journey, and collaborates on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with business requirements is a key focus, requiring continuous engagement with clients and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance in complex environments.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
