Project Role : Integration Engineer

Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Must have skills : SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Order to Cash (OTC)

Summary

As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will facilitate the integration of systems and processes, ultimately enhancing the overall client experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead design and configuration of SAP OTC processes covering Trade Sales, Returns, Credit/Debit Memo, and Billing.

Configure and support returns management including return orders, inspections, refunds, replacements, and logistics integration.

Manage pricing procedures, rebates, discounts, free goods, and trade promotions.

Support end-to-end sales cycle: order creation delivery shipment billing financial posting.

Integrate OTC with SAP MM, FI, and logistics/warehouse processes.

Define and optimize returns workflows including RMA, customer returns, and stock disposition.

Gather business requirements and translate into functional specifications.

Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support to business users.

Coordinate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, IDocs, and reports.

Drive process improvements and standardization across regions/business units.

Professional & Technical Skills

1012 years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP SD / OTC.

Hands-on expertise in Trade Sales and Returns Management.

Strong Configuration Experience In

  • Sales documents & item categories
  • Copy control
  • Pricing procedures & condition technique
  • Billing & credit/debit memo
  • Returns & refund processes

Experience in OTC integration with MM, FI, and WM/EWM.

Good understanding of logistics and financial impacts of returns.

Experience in global implementations or rollouts.

Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

SAP S/4HANA OTC or Advanced Returns Management (ARM).

Experience in Consumer Goods or Retail industry.

Knowledge of EDI/IDoc integrations with customers or 3PL.

Exposure to rebate / settlement management.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
