Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day involves engaging closely with clients to deliver consultative business and system integration services. You will spend time understanding client requirements and translating these into effective technology and business solutions. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the integration solutions implemented meet the strategic objectives and operational demands of the clients, fostering seamless connectivity and enhanced business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with client goals.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
• Continuously monitor and optimize integration processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway B2B Integration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable integration solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and protocol standards used in B2B integration.

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
