Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Developer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and translating these into effective system integration solutions. This role requires facilitating discussions around business transformation and customer experience, ensuring that both functional and application designs align with client needs. The Integration Engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to drive the implementation of technology solutions that support business objectives, continuously refining approaches to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any integration challenges that arise.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine, Integration developer, CSM, Case Management, Integrations, Data Modeling & design, Data Mapping and migration for CSM, Document Intelligence
• Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with API management and data exchange protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru / Chennai/ Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
