Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technological strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology solutions implemented accurately reflect the needs and goals of the business, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational effectiveness.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business goals.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to ServiceNow.
• Experience in designing and implementing APIs and web services for seamless system connectivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse platforms.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation within ServiceNow environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
