Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. The role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer leads discussions on transformation initiatives, customer experience journeys, and functional or application design considerations. This position ensures that the technology and business solutions align closely with the client s objectives, fostering seamless integration and effective implementation across various projects and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding of integration objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices.
• Experience with designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with API development and management.
