Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. You will provide consultative guidance to design and implement integration solutions that align with client objectives. Your role includes facilitating discussions around business transformation and customer experience, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable plans is a key part of your daily activities, driving seamless integration across systems and applications to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of integration approaches and tools to meet project requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on integration objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions using Salesforce technologies.
• Strong understanding of web component architecture and client-side development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows and data exchanges.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and event-driven programming within Salesforce environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive system integrations.
