Workato Developer
JD: Experience: 7+ years
Location: Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Nagpur, Jaipur, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Workato recipes integrating Salesforce and Xactly
- Build and maintain end-to-end automation for sales compensation and incentive processes
- Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud preferred)
- Implement and support Xactly Incent, Analytics, and Connect
- Manage data synchronization, validation, and reconciliation between systems
- Implement error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization in Workato
- Collaborate with business, sales ops, and finance teams to gather requirements
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Mandatory Skills :
- Workato – strong hands-on experience building integrations and automations
- Salesforce – configuration, workflows, reports, and data management
- Good to have Xactly.
- API integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting
