Job Title:Amazon Connect L3 / Integration Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years (3+ years on Amazon Connect)

Job Type: Contract to hire(Min 1+ yr)

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Amazon Connect L3 / Integration Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in AWS Connect and Node.js (Lambda).

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Design and support Amazon Connect contact flows & IVR
  • Develop AWS Lambda (Node.js) for call handling and integrations
  • Integrate with CRM (Salesforce) and AWS services (DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Lex)
  • Configure call routing, queues, prompts, recording, and reporting
  • Implement Amazon Lex voice/chat bots
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability
  • Work in Agile environment and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ensure data security compliance (PII/PCI)

Nice to Have:

  • AWS Certification
  • Experience with Amazon Q, CTI integrations, ITIL

Education:

  • B.E / B.Sc / Diploma or equivalent
