Job Description

End-to-End Integration Architecture

Design, build, and manage integrations across Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud), Marketo, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, ERP, Billing, Snowflake, and other enterprise platforms
Leverage:

Boomi for application-to-application integrations and real-time orchestration
Airflow for scheduled workflows, dependency management, and complex data pipeline orchestration
Fivetran for scalable, governed ELT ingestion into Snowflake
Zapier

Architect synchronous and asynchronous flows based on business criticality, latency tolerance, and cost implications

Integration Pattern Strategy & Cost Optimization

Evaluate and select appropriate integration patterns (API-based, batch, event-driven, streaming, delta sync, CDC)
Understand API limits, record volume impact, transformation cost, and vendor pricing models
Prevent runaway usage, unexpected consumption charges, and inefficient high-frequency syncs
Model data growth and cost impact before implementing large-scale integrations

Example Governance

Avoid scenarios like prior Marketo–Salesforce sync misconfigurations where every element triggered excessive Marketo cost
Implement filtering, event-thresholding, change-data-capture logic, and selective field sync strategies

Resiliency, Performance & Monitoring

Build fault-tolerant integration flows with retry logic, alerting, and observability
Implement monitoring across Boomi processes, Airflow DAGs, and Fivetran connectors
Ensure low-latency, high-availability integrations supporting real-time operational needs

Compliance & Security

Enforce data privacy, encryption, and access control standards across integration pipelines
Maintain auditability and version control for integration changes
Ensure secure credential and API key management
