Integration Consultant II

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to the setup and rollout of new clients.
• Provide technical guidance and insight to the customer-facing team members (Project managers, Post Go-live services, etc.).
• Develop tools and update processes to make delivery more efficient.
• Adept at dealing with sensitive data and proficient in providing and maintaining high client service standards.
• Display exceptional organizational skills and have a high-risk consideration of implications of any changes made on the systems.
• Collaborate and work with non-technical customers (internal and external) on highly technical issues.
• Maintain project management tools for all integration projects.
• Participate in special projects to help improve and enhance the team's best practices and processes.

Competencies Required

• Experience in troubleshooting issues / IT development knowledge.
• Significant experience in basic networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, DNS.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of SaaS environments and appreciation of Uptime and Service Level Agreements (SLA) in a technical and/or internet-based environment.
• Ability to create and manage documentation.
• Working knowledge of Linux and understanding of Linux-based software stacks.
• Python scripting experience is a plus.
• API experience is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

• Four plus years of experience in Technical consulting and/or technical client roll out.
• Four plus years of experience in any customer facing role.
• Expertise on HRSD products would be an advantage.
