Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Integration & Automation Engineer with experience in API integrations, workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable integrations across platforms, along with exposure to Gen AI, SharePoint, and AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and automation workflows across systems
- Build and optimize workflow-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Integrate applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools
- Work with ticketing/operations systems to manage incidents, requests, and escalations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end integration solutions
- Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to defined SLA and escalation protocols
- Support automation using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or RPA platforms
- Contribute to solutions involving SharePoint, Slack integrations, and cloud services (AWS)
- Explore and implement Gen AI-based automation use cases where applicable
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
- Strong experience in API development / integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks)
- Hands-on experience in automation workflows / process automation tools
- Exposure to ticketing or operations systems (e.g., incident/request handling)
- Good understanding of logic-based or decision-driven automation
Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have)
- Experience with Slack or bot-based automation
- Knowledge of SharePoint / data tracking systems
- Understanding of SLA management and escalation handling
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (Power Automate, Zapier, RPA)
- Exposure to AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Generative AI integrations (OpenAI, GPT-based workflows)
