Job Title: MuleSoft Developer / Integration Lead/ Architect
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Conversion to full-time roles by 2027)
Work Hours: 12 PM 9 PM IST (Preferred Shift: 3 PM 12 AM IST)
About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled MuleSoft Developers and Integration Leads to join a long-term migration project involving the transition from SAP SCC to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidates will have strong integration experience with enterprise systems, particularly SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and a proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft for migration from SAP SCC to S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Work closely with SAP and Oracle EBS systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Participate in testing phases to validate system integrations and troubleshoot any issues.
- Optimize integration performance and reliability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship for junior team members (for Lead roles).
- Ensure best practices in design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft integrations.

Required Skills and Experience
For Integration Leads:
- 6+ years of experience in Integration Technologies, including MuleSoft and WebMethods.
- Hands-on experience with migration projects involving SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong background in system architecture, solution design, and team leadership.
- Excellent understanding of API-led connectivity and integration design patterns.
- WebMethods
For Senior MuleSoft Developers:
- 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and API integrations.
- Experience integrating with SAP or Oracle EBS systems.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and message handling.
- Experience with error handling and performance optimization.
