Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Applications Integration Lead to drive enterprise-wide integration architecture and lead a team of Integration Developers. This role will own end-to-end integrations using Dell Boomi across key platforms including Salesforce (NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud & Marketing Cloud), NetSuite, UltiPro, Engaging Networks, and Concur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage enterprise integration architecture and strategy.
- Lead and mentor Integration Developers.
- Design scalable API-based integrations and data workflows.
- Oversee Dell Boomi development, deployment pipelines, and version control.
- Implement standardized error handling, monitoring, and logging frameworks.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and cross-system consistency.
- Manage SDLC, release cycles, QA, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with security, encryption, and audit standards.
- Act as escalation point for complex integration issues.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of enterprise integration experience.
- Strong expertise in Dell Boomi (iPaaS).
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, data mapping, and system architecture.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodology experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Dell Boomi Associate Developer (Required)
- Salesforce Admin/App Builder/Platform Developer
