Role Overview
The Integration Analyst designs, configures, tests, and supports integrations between the customer's SAP platform and the external Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software, Visualfabriq. Integration interfaces are built using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) and Bifrost, ensuring data is accurately exchanged, transformed, validated, and available to support business processes throughout the deployment lifecycle.
The role operates within a structured waterfall delivery model (Visualfabriq Deployment Approach – VDA) and focuses on integration delivery, data quality management, technical analysis, and troubleshooting across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Delivery – Design and configure SAP CPI and Bifrost interfaces between SAP and Visualfabriq; ensure accurate data mapping, reliable pipeline scheduling and execution, and timely delivery of master and transactional data across all VDA phases (Mobilise, Initiate, Activate, Configure, Launch, Hypercare).
- Data Quality & Governance – Establish data validation, quality monitoring, and integration documentation; manage data discrepancies, integration defects, and technical dependencies in line with data governance standards.
- Testing & Deployment – Support System Integration Testing (SIT), Business Integration Testing (BIT), and UAT; investigate and resolve integration defects; support cutover, production deployment, and Hypercare monitoring.
- Analysis & Troubleshooting – Perform data analysis, pipeline monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution; validate end-to-end processing between SAP and Visualfabriq.
- Pre-Sales & Mobilisation – Support technical discovery, effort estimation, and integration planning; assess the SAP landscape, integration touchpoints, data availability, and readiness.
- Continuous Improvement – Drive automation, reusable integration components, and adherence to SAP CPI / Bifrost best practices; contribute to lessons learned and the delivery knowledge base.

Required Skills
- 5+ years in system integration, data migration and transformation, and SaaS / cloud-based implementations.
- SAP integration experience is required
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP with external systems including SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
- Experience with Bifrost or similar middleware is an advantage.
- Proven experience in integration design and configuration, ETL / ELT processes, data mapping and validation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, file-based integrations, middleware, and relational databases / SQL.
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP) and collaboration across business, functional, technical, and customer IT teams.
Preferred Experience
- Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Revenue Growth Management (RGM) projects – e.g., Visualfabriq, Exceedra (Extel), Salesforce (TPM/RGM), CAS or similar.
