Job Title: Integrated Media Planning Group Head

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 4–7 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Integrated Media Planning Group Head to lead end-to-end media planning across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in integrated media strategy, campaign planning, audience analytics, and media optimization across multiple channels.

Platform & Tools Expertise:

Meta, Google, TV Planning, Print, BARC, YUMI, TGI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute fully optimized integrated media plans to maximize reach, efficiency, and audience targeting
  • Lead planning across TV, Digital, Print, Connected TV, YouTube, and Meta Reach & Frequency campaigns
  • Build strategic media recommendations using data, audience insights, and planning tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, research, account management, and buying teams to ensure campaign success
  • Monitor campaign performance, track delivery metrics, and optimize plans to improve reach and efficiency
  • Analyze post-campaign reports to evaluate planned versus delivered performance and derive actionable insights
  • Create competitive analysis and category insight presentations to support client growth and market positioning
  • Handle budgeting, targeting, placement strategies, and campaign optimization across platforms
  • Drive innovative planning approaches and contribute towards media planning automation and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in integrated media planning
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with TV and digital planning tools and audience measurement platforms
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and handling large-scale campaigns
