Integrated Logistics Operations Specialist

Your Role:

• Complete assigned tasks effectively, efficiently, and on time while delivering the highest level of customer excellence within agreed KPIs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep track of daily activities and report status to the manager.
• Take timely and proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.
• Undertake transport planning of orders/shipments and forecasting.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives by sharing productivity or process improvement ideas.
• Record and manage deviations or escalations in daily processes.
• Ensure visibility of all types of shipments, update statuses, and follow up on missing information in the system.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to obtain required shipment-related documents or details.
• Validate all shipping documents and maintain proper records.

Your Skills and Experiences:

• Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a sense of urgency and proactive communication.
