Business Analyst With State Client Experience
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Eligibility solutions
- Design IE enhancements including solution design, documentation and requirements gathering
- Collaborative, team player with good communication skills, system impact analysis, ability to learn business functionality
- Ability coordinate with USI for development and testing for IE enhancements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multi-stakeholder environment Responsible for gathering and developing requirements
- Responsible to coordinating development of LOE for enhancements
- Identify key business drivers for business requirements and collaborate with functional lead and development teams to build proposed solution
- Impact analysis of new changes to existing functionality
- Support and conduct JADs with state as needed
- Document design and work with state to address feedback
- Provide functional input and clarifications during development, SIT UAT Requirements and Design documents, Meeting Minutes
