Plays a key role in the integration of MR products against defined requirements. Responsible for the design, preparation, and execution of design integration, subsystem, and systemlevel verification tests. Analyzes, documents, and reports test results, and provides proactive experiencebased feedback to development /core teams to support timely issue resolution and product quality improvement.

You are a part of

The System Integration & Verification (SIV) department is part of the global MR R&D organization. Our primary responsibility is to ensure that complete and fully integrated MR products meet the requirements as defined in the Product Requirement Specifications. Based in Bangalore (India), you will work closely with SIV colleagues across multiple R&D locations, as well as collaborate with crossfunctional teams within and beyond MR R&D, including Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering..

Your Role

As Integration Engineer, your responsibilities include:

  • Derive expertlevel test scenarios for MR products across software and hardware domains, based on system and subsystem requirements.
  • Execute integration, subsystem, and systemlevel verification tests, covering both functional and nonfunctional aspects (e.g., performance, reliability, robustness).
  • Analyze, report, and document test results in formal test reports and, where applicable, log and track defects in the defect management system.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams on defect investigation, root cause analysis, and validation of fixes.
  • Support test estimation and planning activities, contributing to realistic schedules, scope definition, and risk assessment.
  • Continuously follow and apply improvements in test engineering practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance verification effectiveness.

You're The Right Fit If

  • B.E / M.C.A or equivalent university degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline, with strong technical understanding and interest.
  • 6–11 years of experience in test engineering, preferably in system integration and verification environments.
  • Solid understanding of the hardware and software development lifecycle, including integration and verification phases.
  • Processoriented mindset, with basic knowledge of FDA and/or ISO regulated environments.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certified.
  • Handson experience with test management tools, such as HP ALM, Clear Quest,TFS .
  • Processdriven, flexible, and detailoriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to cope with dynamic and changing priorities in a complex R&D environment.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

  • Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
  • Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
  • This role is an office-based role.
