Role Overview - This role will be the custodian of insurer relationships, ensuring that partner requirements are translated into customized product propositions, service delivery is flawless, and compliance standards are rigorously maintained.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Proposition & Customization
Tailored Solutions: Collaborate closely with insurance providers to design and customize life, health, and general insurance products based on the specific needs of Riskcovry's distribution partners.
Advisory & Risk Analysis: Conduct detailed risk analyses and market benchmarking to recommend the most optimal insurance solutions for client portfolios.
Portfolio Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional or higher-value insurance products to existing client and partner portfolios.
2. Partner & Client Servicing
Single Point of Contact: Serve as the dedicated SPOC for managing relationships between insurance companies, internal sales teams, and distribution partners.
End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the operational lifecycle of insurance products, including smooth renewal processing and coordinating end-to-end claims settlement.
3. Pipeline Management & Compliance
Reporting: Maintain accurate, real-time data on sales pipelines, product performance, and partner engagement metrics.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product structuring, communication, and distribution activities strictly adhere to industry regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) and internal compliance frameworks
