About the Job:

CoverYou is looking for a dynamic Insurance Consultant to manage and grow relationships with our Fresh clients. This is an inside sales role focused on networking, Policy and consultative selling. The ideal candidate will understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance and policy coverage, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Connect with Qualified lead clients via calls and virtual interactions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Convert lead into sales.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance and policy coverage.
• Provide clear explanations of policy features, benefits, and coverage details.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Achieve monthly targets.

Qualification and skills:

• Freshers with enthusiasm and rigour for sales can also apply.
• 0-1 years of experience in EdTech or Insurance (sales, retention, or customer-facing roles).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-centric and consultative selling approach.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven inside sales environment.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
