- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team. Responsible for accurately verifying the benefits for the patient appointments.
- Insurance verification for patients to confirm coverage and benefits prior to services rendered.
- Responsible for effective and efficient verification of all patients benefits before their appointment.
- Making calls to insurance company to verify the patient benefits
- Ability to handle inbound and patient calls
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and Managed care plans.
- Familiar with insurance portals like Availity, UHC, etc.,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge in basic excels
