Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for managing and handling various insurance-related tasks including evaluating insurance policies, assessing claims, and providing customer service. They will liaise with customers and insurance brokers to provide accurate information and assistance. Daily tasks also involve processing and managing documentation related to insurance and supporting the finance team with insurance-specific transactions.

Job Requirements

1) Excellent Communication Skills

2) International Insurance background, with experience in common applications such as IMS, AMS, EPIC, Sagita will be an added advantage.

3) Good analytical skills and grasping

4) Coaching and Mentoring

5) Client management

Essential Responsibilities

· Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement

· Training and Support: Responsible for conducting training programs for the team.

· Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and policies to ensure clarity and consistency in operations

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team

· Client Engagement – participate in client calls as required for driving process efficiency

· Onboarding New Process of Scaling existing tasks -Work on start-to-end for any new onboarding until go live.

· Coordinate and communicate with team and ensure timely and quality delivery is maintained

· Delegation of workload across the team to ensure desired SLA is achieved

  • Based on business request to work on any ad hoc task .
