Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Specialist role based in Lucknow. The Insurance Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective corporate clients, understand their risk profiles, and recommend suitable insurance products through Policy Ghar's platform. Responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, preparing proposals, explaining policy features and coverage, and supporting clients through the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves coordinating with insurance providers for quotes, policy issuance, and renewals, as well as maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Insurance Sales Specialist will also provide ongoing customer service, handle policy-related queries or endorsements, and contribute to sales targets and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with a focus on corporate products.
  • Experience in Insurance Brokerage and working with multiple insurers to source competitive quotes and solutions.
  • Understanding of Health Insurance products and other commercial lines relevant to businesses.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance are an advantage.
  • Comfort using web-based platforms, CRM tools, and office productivity software for day-to-day operations.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets ethically and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
