Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar for an Insurance Sales Representative. The role involves selling insurance policies to individuals and groups, explaining insurance policies and products, and customizing packages to meet customer needs. Additionally, building strong customer relationships, assisting with claims processes, and ensuring high levels of service satisfaction are crucial aspects of the role. The representative will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and staying informed about the latest trends in the insurance market.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance products
• Strong skills in Customer Service and building lasting client relationships
• Experience with Insurance Brokerage and understanding of industry practices
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
