This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, explaining insurance policies, managing inquiries, and closing sales. You will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to address client inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to meet and exceed sales goals
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships with a customer-focused approach
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
