Job Description

HDFC Life is looking for experienced Sales / Relationship professionals for its Bancassurance – Virtual Channel in Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for generating insurance business, handling customer relationships, achieving sales targets and developing business through assigned channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and achieve Life Insurance sales targets.
• Manage and develop customer relationships.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Sell and explain suitable Life Insurance products to customers.
• Coordinate with banking/channel partners for business generation.
• Follow up with customers and ensure successful policy issuance.
• Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Candidates with Life Insurance / Insurance / BFSI / NBFC / Banking experience preferred.
• Candidates currently working or previously worked with Insurance Companies, Banks, BFSI or NBFCs are preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and selling skills.
• Strong target-oriented approach.
