Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Proficiency in insurance policy management software.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and bank staff to

Provide account services to customers, including receiving deposits,
processing loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, and
recording night and mail deposits.
Cross-sell bank products by addressing customer inquiries and informing them
of new services and product promotions.
Call prospects for insurance renewals and follow up for closure through
reminder SMS, calls, and emails.
Create customer-specific insurance renewal quotations and provide all
Required Documents Related To The Insurance Company.
Manage the insurance policy creation process, prepare cheques on the same
day, and submit cheques to the insurance company as per timelines mentioned
in the SOPs.
Follow up and coordinate with insurance companies for policies and
endorsements.
Handle documentation related to motor insurance renewals.
