Job Description

Hiringfor SME - Insurance Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional responsible for direct client acquisition, lead generation, and business conversion across Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-EB insurance products. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Outreach:
Identify and approach potential clients through direct sales efforts, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the EB and Non-EB segment.

Lead Generation & Conversion:
Generate quality leads through various channels and convert them into business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and offer customized insurance solutions.

Sales & Business Development:
Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets.
Pitch insurance products effectively and negotiate to close deals.

Proposal & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (placement, underwriting, operations) to prepare competitive proposals.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up on quotes and proposals.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Identify new business opportunities in the market.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in sales (insurance/financial services preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
