Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for an Insurance Sales Manager. The role involves managing and driving sales of insurance products, developing customer relationships, and providing excellent service to clients. The Insurance Sales Manager will also oversee team operations, guide team members to achieve targets, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the growth of the organization's insurance portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance products and industry practices
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Finance management
• Experience in Team Management, with the ability to mentor and lead teams effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
