You will be a key player in the Retention Team, focused on managing and nurturing clients of the Eternity Product. Your mission: engage clients, drive satisfaction, and create opportunities for growth, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Things you are already good at:
Managing client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
Driving retention strategies and understanding client needs
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and providing actionable feedback
Bringing sales experience and a consultative approach to client engagement.
We are curious, do you have these
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in retention or client success is a plus
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably from EdTech and Hospitality Management
Compensation: - upto 6 LPA + unlimited incentives
