Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Representative based in Indore. The responsibilities include managing insurance sales processes, assisting clients with selecting appropriate insurance products, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with brokerages and finance teams. The role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and familiarity with the insurance brokerage landscape
• Strong understanding of Finance concepts and their application in the insurance industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills with an ability to handle client queries effectively
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
