Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Insurance Professional. The role involves managing insurance-related operations, developing and maintaining client relationships, facilitating insurance brokerage services, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities may include analyzing financial requirements, offering expert advisory services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes.
- Strong understanding of Finance and financial advisory practices.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills aimed at building trust and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to organizational goals and ethical practices.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is an asset but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
