Surety Seven Technology Pvt. Ltd., an esteemed insurance broker based in Delhi, is looking for an Insurance Operations Executive with 2–6 years of experience in General Insurance and policy servicing from inception through post-sales follow-up.

The role involves handling various insurance products, including but not limited to Fire, Burglary, Marine, CAR, EAR, GMC, GPA, WC, Surety Bonds, and other commercial insurance products.

• Assist in processing insurance documentation and backend operations.
• Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance, quotations, renewals, and endorsements.
• Handle customer servicing and support in resolving policy-related queries.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation for policies, endorsements, claims, and Surety Bonds.
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for Surety Bond-related documentation and processing.
• Prepare MIS and internal reports as required.
• Support the sales team, inter-departmental communication, and day-to-day operational workflows.
• Ensure timely follow-up with insurers and clients for pending documentation and policy-related requirements.
