Hiring: Insurance Operations Specialist – US Life Insurance (Premium & Billing)

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–8 Years

CTC: ₹4–7 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Shortlisted candidates must be available for an interview on 13th June)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Specialist to join our US Life Insurance Premium & Billing Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US Life Insurance operations, including Premium Processing, Billing, Payments, Suspense Account Management, Reconciliation, and query resolution. This role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to ensure seamless processing and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Premium Processing, Premium Suspense, Workflow Queries, and Email Queries related to US Life Insurance policies.
  • Support premium billing and payment processing activities.
  • Perform Suspense Account Management and Suspense Reconciliation.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports, trackers, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities and issue resolution.
  • Track risks, issues, and operational changes, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Monitor pending tasks and deadlines to ensure service-level commitments are met.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to process guidelines in all premium and billing activities.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–8 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Premium Processing, Billing, or Finance & Accounts.
  • Strong experience in US Life Insurance operations is mandatory.
  • Experience in Premium Processing, Payments, Suspense Accounts, and Suspense Reconciliation.
  • Understanding of insurance policy administration and billing workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.

Educational Qualification
  • B.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience working in US Life Insurance and Annuity operations.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Candidates must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Noida on 13th June if shortlisted.
