Key Responsibilities:
Core Insurance Processes:
- Manage policy issuance, renewal, certificates, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
Technical Skills:
- Utilize EPIC and IMS systems for insurance management.
- Manage insurance documentation using Imageright.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform file quality checks and ensure process documentation accuracy.
Customer Service:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client inquiries and emails.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Create and manage SLAs & TAT miss reports, project reports, and capacity management reports.
Team Management:
- Enhance team knowledge, train new joiners, and support the team in meeting capacity targets.
Administrative Tasks:
- Update SOPs and handle daily activities related to incoming tasks, capacity, and updates.
Sales & Support:
- Support the sales team, find new clients, and assist with high-volume projects.
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with EPIC, IMS, and Imageright systems.
- Knowledge of core insurance processes, including US homeowners insurance, and quality assurance.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proven team management and training experience.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with SLAs, TAT reports, and project reporting.
- Background in risk management and sales support.
