We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to manage quote generation, system data entry, and policy processing.
What you will do:
- Accurately input client details and risk data into insurer portals and internal systems.
- Source, compare, and generate accurate quotes across multiple insurance providers.
- Review proposal forms and underwriting requirements to ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
- Coordinate policy issuance and assist with day-to-day policy administration.
What we are looking for:
- Solid insurance knowledge: Clear understanding of policy terms, coverage types, deductibles, and underwriting requirements.
- Hands-on portal experience: Fast, accurate execution on insurer quotation engines, CRM tools, and data entry.
- Sharp attention to detail: Ability to spot missing details before submission to avoid delays.
- Reliable home-office setup and self-discipline to thrive in a fully remote setup.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
