Job Summary
The Insurance Operations Executive will be responsible for managing policy renewals, client coordination, insurance documentation, data management, and after-sales support for Health and Life Insurance products. The role requires close coordination with Relationship Managers, clients, and insurance portals to ensure timely renewals, accurate records, and high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly policy renewal lists for Health and Life Insurance.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) for renewal updates, premium comparisons, and client follow-ups.
- Send renewal intimations, reminders, and confirmation emails to clients in a timely manner.
- Process post-renewal data entry, updating renewed policy details across insurance portals and internal Excel trackers.
- Dispatch renewed policy documents to clients promptly.
- Prepare fresh insurance quotations based on client requirements.
- Explain policy coverage, features, benefits, and exclusions to clients and assist in decision-making.
- Support clients with application form completion and submission of required documents.
- Maintain systematic follow-up and renewal tracking to ensure timely closures.
- Provide after-sales support, including assistance with claims intimation and settlement follow-up.
- Prepare and verify monthly commission reports for accuracy.
- Ensure all insurance applications and processes comply with regulatory and company compliance norms.
- Participate in product knowledge, compliance, and regulatory training programs.
- Regularly update and maintain policy databases, trackers, and records to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Insurance/Finance preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Insurance Operations, Renewals, or Client Servicing
